My leadership is deeply personal because I have lived the work—I began as a Direct Support Professional, walking alongside individuals, understanding their needs on a profound level, and standing as a fierce advocate for their rights. This experience isn’t just a part of my past; it shapes every decision I make, ensuring that compassion, dignity, and true understanding guide the support we provide.
My Story
With nine years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, I have had the profound privilege of working alongside individuals with disabilities, helping them cultivate independence, build confidence, and form meaningful connections within their communities. Through this journey, I have witnessed both the visible and unseen challenges they face—barriers to employment, social isolation, and a lack of resources designed to truly support their unique needs. But more importantly, I have seen their resilience, their strength, and the limitless potential they possess when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities.

It was this realization—this undeniable truth—that led me to take a bold step forward. One year ago, I turned my passion into action by founding my own agency, committed to creating a more inclusive world where individuals with disabilities are not just supported but empowered to live fulfilling self-directed lives.

As the Executive Director, I am incredibly proud of our plan to change person-centered care, from assisting individuals in securing meaningful employment to helping them integrate into their communities and develop essential life skills that enhance their independence.
